DevCare Solutions is looking for Software Developers to work in Westerville, OH and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Requires a Master's degree or foreign equiv. in Computer Information Systems or related field and exp. in maintaining .Net Core and Angular web applications using Agile-Scrum methodology; developing and integrating RESTful APIs in C#.NET core; Using CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX and JSON. Job Duties: Build and maintain responsive web apps using Angular 18+ and .NET Core APIs; Implement complex business logic for fisheries management and land ownership tracking; Create reusable Angular components and integrate RESTful APIs for real-time data; Design and optimize SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, and queries; Develop and validate SSRS reports for biologists and land management stakeholders; Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Azure DevOps; configure Azure resources for hosting; Monitor application health and resolved issues via Azure monitoring tools; Collaborate with domain experts to gather requirements and ensure accurate solutions; Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and conducted peer code reviews; Write technical documentation for features, APIs, and deployments. Position may require travel. Minimum Requirements: Education: Master's degree or foreign equiv. in Computer Information Systems or related field.
