Job Duties: Create technical architecture diagrams, system integrations, and data models to support project initiatives; Lead solution design sessions, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities to drive project success; Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or migrations to OOB Dynamics 365 Field Service; Define and document best practices, standards, and guidelines for Dynamics 365 implementations; Gave demo of the future system with more OOB features and less coding; Created timelines for the project; Worked on Dynamics 365 Customer service. Gave demo of Azure IOT integrations with Dynamics 365 Field Service; Used Resource Scheduling Optimization(RSO) for Field Service; Create different backup and pipeline deployment approaches; Bring comprehensive expertise in D365 architecture and use this knowledge to design robust software solutions; Gave presentations for the gap analysis of current system and new system, which we will deliver; Understanding the canvas app and giving the best solution for offline capabilities; Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to gather and understand business requirements; Built and optimized complex reports and dashboards, utilizing advanced SQL queries within Dynamics 365 data models; Conducted API performance analysis using Power Platform Monitoring Tools and logs; Implemented CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Power Platform Pipelines for seamless, version-controlled deployments across environments; Developed multiple features and modules for the Cincinnati Insurance used Power Pages (Portal) including custom forms, data integrations, and secure user access; Architected and oversaw integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and third-party applications/legacy systems using Azure Functions, custom APIs, and secure data exchange protocols to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions; Delivered key features across multiple Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Insights / Marketing and Business Management. Provided technical expertise in security, performance optimization, and scalability of the CRM and portal systems; Demonstrated Azure IoT integration capabilities with Dynamics 365 Field Service to business stakeholders; Ensured solution alignment with architectural standards and best practices in collaboration with cross-functional development teams; creating standards in Dynamics 365 CRM including JS codes, common C# plugin code; developing data archival solutions using Azure Web Jobs; Use of React JS for development of PCF sub grides; and use of Azure Data Factory.
