As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in User Acceptance Testing, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. Job responsibilities
Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
Design, build, and enhance reporting solutions aligned to business requirements
Deliver reporting to support real-time, daily, sprint-based, and monthly performance visibility
Maintain a comprehensive library of published reporting assets, including documentation and versioning
Establish and uphold standards for documentation, refresh cadence, and change management
Identify and implement sustained automation opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and improve quality
Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality reporting
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
Experience in product deployment processes
1+ years of hands-on experience with Python and Tableau in a reporting/BI/analytics context
Proficiency with SQL to extract, transform, validate, and reconcile data used in reporting
Experience delivering solutions using Tableau Server/Cloud
Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices for Python-based development (e.g., version control and automation of build/test)
Strong ability to translate defined business requirements into clear metric definitions, scalable reporting logic, and intuitive dashboards
Strong documentation, organization, and attention to detail (definitions, lineage, refresh logic, and reporting inventory)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
Proficiency with Alteryx
Experience with Jira, qTest, or similar agile/test management tools
Experience driving measurable efficiency improvements in reporting through automation
