Next 150 Construction, a fully owned subsidiary of Gilbane Building Company is seeking an Senior Field Training Specialist to design and deliver hands-on training programs for field staff in a self-perform labor environment. Responsibilities

• Conducts skills gap analyses and recommend targeted training interventions- Measures training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; implements improvements as needed- Partners with project managers, superintendents, and HR teams to align training programs with operational goals- Develops and facilitates technical training programs tailored to craft labor workforce (union and non-union) and field management teams to increase workforce competency and readiness- Creates engaging curricula aligned with industry standards, company policies, and project requirements- Utilizes a variety of instructional methods, including hands-on demonstrations, simulations, and digital learning platforms- Develops and implements technical training curricula for craft labor roles- Conducts field-based training sessions and workshops on tools, equipment, and safety practices- Collaborates with field operations and HR to identify skill gaps and training needs- Evaluates training
