This position requires community-based appointments within Franklin County with mileage reimbursement applicable at current the current federal rate.
Compensation: ASN @ $42.00/hour, BSN @ $45.00/hour.

Your Role in Patient Care:
As a vital member of our team, you'll provide* *1,248 patient service hours annually (104/month) through:
? Medication Management -- Assess mental health status and oversee treatment plans
? Vitals & Monitoring -- Track and assess patient health
? Treatment Coordination -- Connect patients with essential care resources
? Patient Education -- Support wellness strategies for both physical and mental health
What You Need to Join Us:
? Nursing Degree -- ASN required, BSN preferred
? Active Ohio RN License -- Must be in good standing
? Experience -- At least one year in clinical or psychiatric settings preferred
? Crisis Intervention Skills -- A plus!
? Valid Ohio Driver's License -- Must have fewer than 4 points on record
