Wells Fargo QA Product Manager - Core Banking in COLUMBUS, Ohio
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Manager to play a critical role in the testing and execution of large-scale, transformational core banking platform conversions. This role is aligned to the Core Banking Modernization program, a multi‑year initiative focused on modernizing and simplifying the bank’s core banking technology landscape.
The QA Product Manager will partner closely with technology, testing, and delivery teams to define and drive core product and testing milestones. This role supports the broader delivery office by establishing and executing against consistent testing standards, governance, and quality practices to ensure successful platform conversion and implementation outcomes.

In this role, you will:
Contribute to large-scale planning and testing efforts supporting core banking modernization
Independently resolve complex testing and product-related issues
Deliver against project commitments with a solid understanding of product initiatives, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Partner with peers, colleagues, and mid-level leaders to drive issue resolution and outcomes
Support implementation of testing standards and release readiness criteria
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and risk assessments
Track, document, and report test execution progress and results
Identify, log, track, and validate resolution of defects and issues
Execute manual and automated testing across the product lifecycle
Drive testing strategy, frameworks, and approaches within product delivery
Advise on product development as part of the end-to-end testing lifecycle
Participate in product refinement to shape requirements, design, and testing needs
Build knowledge of end-to-end product lifecycle and delivery processes
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience preferred
Strong testing expertise across the product lifecycle
Experience supporting or contributing to product development initiatives
Hands-on experience with JIRA and ALM Octane
Understanding of audit, risk, and compliance requirements related to product delivery and testing
Experience creating executive-ready decks and delivering clear, impactful presentations to senior leadership

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$100,000.00 - $163,000.00
