Group: Structural Position: Project Manager Location: Columbus, OH (on site) We are seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver structural engineering projects. This role focuses on scope, schedule, and budget management; client coordination; risk mitigation; and cross-disciplinary communication to ensure smooth delivery and quality outcomes. The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-oriented, and effective at balancing quality, timelines, and resources. Responsibilities Develop project plans, budgets, staffing, and resource allocations. Prepare fee proposals and coordinate scopes and contracts with internal/external teams. Plan and conduct internal/external project meetings; document decisions and actions. Monitor milestones, deadlines, and profitability targets; manage scope changes. Oversee QA/QC, constructability reviews, and coordination with other disciplines. Support client relationships and represent the firm professionally. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or above in Civil Engineering (structural emphasis preferred) PE licensure or ability to obtain within 12 months. 6+ years of structural engineering experience, including project coordination. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
