Job Description
SUMMARY: The PM Intern will support the Project Management Office (PMO) in the successful execution of various projects and initiatives across the organization. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques while contributing to real-world projects. The intern will work closely with Project Managers and other PMO team members, assisting with tasks such as project planning, documentation, communication, and tracking. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to learn about project management within a dynamic environment.

Assist Project Managers in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Support the creation and management of project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, status reports, and risk logs.
Facilitate and participate in project meetings, capturing key decisions and follow-up actions.
Track project progress and identify potential roadblocks or deviations from the plan.
Assist in the collection and analysis of project data to support reporting and decision-making.
Support the use of project management tools and technologies.
Contribute to the development and improvement of PMO processes and templates.
Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders under the guidance of the Project Manager.
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the PMO team.
Undertake research and analysis on project management best practices and industry trends as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:This position has no current formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree or starting a Master's/MBA program with a major or concentration relevant to the position, such as Project Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Finance or General Business Administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Web proficiency.
Ability to clear the required background check.
