Our financial services client is seeking a Product Analyst to work a 12-month role with the possibility of extension. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Columbus, OH 5 days/week (40 hrs/week). 

As a Product Analyst, you will support credit card release readiness and acquisition initiatives by partnering with business, product, and technology teams to ensure smooth delivery across the retail ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage release readiness for consumer and business acquisition and engagement initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Collaborate with technology teams to build and validate solutions
• Identify and address friction points in acquisition experiences
• Support execution of branch and retail modernization efforts
• Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience analyzing complex business problems and data
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
