2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

What You’ll Do

As a Parts Warehouse Specialist , you’ll be a key player in keeping our customers and technicians moving. Your day-to-day work ensures the right parts are in the right place at the right time.

You will:

  • Pull, pack, and prepare parts orders with speed and precision

  • Receive, stock, and inventory parts delivered via company shuttle, freight, and UPS

  • Ship outgoing components using common carriers, company trucks, and shuttles

  • Accurately count, receive, and document incoming and outgoing inventory

  • Process warranty parts and maintain proper accountability

  • Build hydraulic hoses to exact specifications

  • Assist with parts inquiries, greet walk-in customers, and complete required paperwork

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment

    Bottom line: Your attention to detail and sense of urgency help keep customer equipment running—and their businesses productive.

    What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Previous warehouse experience, including receiving, shipping, inventory accuracy, and hands-on work

  • Ability to accurately count parts, process warranty items, and build hoses

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to assist internal teams and walk-in customers

  • Comfort working with basic computer systems and documentation

    Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Lift/carry up to 40 lbs; pull up to 50 lbs

  • Frequent standing, movement, and stair use

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Noise levels range from quiet office settings to moderate/loud warehouse areas
