Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Job Description
This position involves overseeing the maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, architectural features, and other components within the common areas of a shopping center. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with a potential shift to Sunday through Thursday in the future.
Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the work of three technicians.
Ensure efficient repairs and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the common area.
Execute preventative maintenance and repair tasks, guided by established procedures and directions from the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance work, including repair records, logs, and work orders.
Monitor and report inventory levels of parts and supplies for the Operations Department.
Maintain all equipment and tools in safe working condition and report any unsafe conditions.
Provide feedback to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to help manage repair and maintenance expenses efficiently.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Experience with preventative maintenance and repair.
Familiarity with HVAC systems, drywall, carpentry, and facilities maintenance.
Ability to work with various maintenance documentation and safety data sheets.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial properties.
Management experience is required.

Work Environment
The role is based in the common areas of Easton Mall, such as halls, entrances, and bathrooms. The position operates on a 1st shift schedule from Tuesday to Saturday. Technicians are not responsible for maintenance inside stores, as tenants handle their own maintenance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
