Healthcare Quality Reporting & Improvement (HQRI) delivers integrated risk adjustment (RA) and quality (Stars) solutions that leverage data and technology to empower members, providers, and Humana. Additionally, HQRI leads cross-enterprise EMR interoperability efforts. HQRI Technology & Analytics (HTA) has recently launched a new organization dedicated to technical solutions that help support and connect across these member and provider focused efforts.
HTA’s new Member & Provider Analytics organization (MPA) is developing a new model of delivery by incorporating principles of Large-Scale Scrum, dedicated Partnership Leaders, and collective Product Ownership. MPA operates with a spirit of shared success whereby our ability to help business partners maximize the effectiveness and accuracy of their programs yields better member care, health outcomes, provider partnerships and the financing of benefits for Medicare Advantage beneficiaries.
The Lead Product Manager operates as one of MPA’s Partnership Leaders and serves as part of our collective leadership team. This role enables the blended prioritization and orchestration across MPA’s development teams to create value that is aligned with departmental strategic priorities and support associate culture & development. By creating integrated solutions that serve the needs of operational and performance management we equip a variety of users to be more efficient and effective at their work – actions driven by meaningful data. You will have primary accountability as a dedicated liaison to a portfolio of HQRI business groups that are supported by MPA and manage their product suite.
Key responsibilities:
Support team management of MPA’s Stars analytics portfolio
Establish and uphold the goals/expectations that support the fulfillment of culture and business objectives
Develop and execute partnership strategies that align MPAs technical capabilities with the strategic needs of our business as analytics partner liaison / Stars strategy consultant
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration, drive innovation, and ensure shared success
Expose connections and identify opportunities that will allow us to rethink our existing “product portfolio” to best serve our diverse business partners
Facilitate meetings and discussions to establish and ensure alignment on priorities, expectations, and measures of success
Provide and receive feedback that is delivered constructively to improve the effectiveness of our associates, teams, and organization

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5 or more years of experience in a technology related role (business intelligence, data science, software engineering, or similar).
3 or more years of project, people and/or partner leadership experience
Relationship focused – proven ability to build productive relationships with associates, leadership peers and partners
Proven stakeholder facilitation and ability to translate business needs into usable solutions with measurable outcomes
Integrity – committed to ethical actions and decisions
Resilient – effective at encouraging and motivating teammates to persist in adversity, pursues progress when challenged
Collaborative – prefers working and leading as part of a group
Solutions oriented – critical thinker that can identify and resolve challenges to accomplish larger objectives
Relevant experience in leading product design in translating data analytics into visualization tool, product delivery, and demonstrated delivery ownership
Experience delivering analytic experiences in reporting and visualization tools
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with and knowledge around the CMS Stars and/or Risk Adjustment programs
Experience with CMS Stars regulatory cycles
Experience operating as part of a collaborative leadership team
Broad understanding of our businesses and connectedness to key Humana constituent areas
Knowledge of Humana's internal policies, procedures, and systems
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving associate experiences and business outcomes

Work-At-Home Requirements:
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$126,300 - $173,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
