A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Lead Automation Network Engineer - Load Balancing.
Position type: Contract (12 months w/ extension)
Location: Charlotte, NC/ Columbus, OH
Hybrid (3 days onsite/ 2 day remote)
As a Lead Automation Network Engineer - Load Balancing, you will:
Day to Day Responsibilities
Lead strategy, architecture, and design for enterprise load balancing and application delivery solutions.
Define scalable traffic management architectures aligned with business continuity and security requirements.
Design and implement automation workflows using Python, Ansible, and Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
Develop standardized, testable workflows for provisioning, configuration, scaling, and lifecycle management.
Ensure continuous availability and performance of application delivery services supporting critical business applications.
Collaborate with security teams to embed compliance and risk controls into load balancing platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Python and Ansible for automation.
Proficiency with Git-based workflows and CI/CD integrations.
Expertise in load balancing and application delivery technologies.
Strong understanding of network data modeling and automation reliability.
Experience in production support within regulated enterprise environments.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $65 - $70 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
