Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Lab Technician with experience in microbiology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in laboratory procedures and be capable of performing a variety of microbiological tasks with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Conduct pH testing of micro samples to ensure quality control.
Prepare media for microbial testing.
Perform pour plating and streak plating techniques for microbial culture.
Conduct Gram staining to identify and classify microorganisms.
Execute serial dilution and enumeration of microbial suspensions.
Maintain good aseptic technique to prevent contamination.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in microbiology laboratory techniques.
Strong understanding of aseptic techniques.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a microbiology lab or equivalent setting is preferred.
Work Environment
Work in a laboratory setting with appropriate safety equipment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols.

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
