Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC IT Project Manager - Coupa Implementation in Columbus, Ohio

Location: Mostly remote - 4 days/month required on site
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Coupa, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget.
Drive Waterfall project management methodologies, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless system integration.
Utilize PM tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar to track progress, manage risks, and report on project status. Smartsheet is preferred.
Strong governance, testing, go-live readiness, executive reporting, and communication skills
Serve as a key point of contact for senior leadership, providing clear, concise, and executive-level project updates.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success with minimal disruption to business operations.
Oversee training, change management, and post-implementation support to ensure adoption and optimization.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience managing Coupa implementations
Experience with Coupa, P2p, finance , procurement or other similar enterprise applications
8+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Strong executive presence - ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Highly organized with hands-on experience using PM tools
