Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Maintenance Electrician. This role involves performing electrical work on industrial equipment such as press machines, welding machines, and conveyors. The technician will be responsible for electrical troubleshooting, including working with PLCs and wiring up 480v - 3 Phase motors. Additionally, mechanical duties will encompass working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on conveyor systems, paint booths, large industrial presses, and welding machines.
Conduct electrical troubleshooting on industrial equipment.
Work with PLCs and wire-up 480v - 3 Phase motors.
Handle mechanical tasks involving hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Stay on feet and active throughout the workday.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Proficiency in mechanical systems, including reading blueprints and working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to provide own tools.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $38.00/hr.
