ManpowerGroup Facilities Technician 4 in Columbus, Ohio
Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management sector, is seeking a Facilities Technician 4 to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 4, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Facilities Technician 4
Location: 4641 Elizabeth Ave, Asheville, OH (On-site)
Pay Rate: 37-40/hr
What's the Job?
Monitor the facility to ensure safety, security, and proper maintenance.
Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems.
Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, and vendor management.
Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.
Assist with moving office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required.
8-10 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or related fields.
Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
