Extension Educators Coordinator 4-H, Auglaize County

Position is located in Auglaize County.
This position will support the programmatic efforts for 4-H Youth Development in Auglaize County in line with the goals set by the 4-H Educator.
Will work with office staff, key stakeholders, partners, and community members to support educational programs and activities for youth based on the community needs and the 4-H model. Will work with the 4-H Educator and other staff with 4-H enrollment, volunteer recruitment, data entry and management, record keeping, and organization/maintenance of files. Will work with the 4-H Educator and Office Associate to develop printed and digital media/flyers including webpages, blog sites, social media, newsletters, and articles.
This position will participate as an Ohio State University Extension team member in Auglaize County by participating in staff meetings, stewardship model, and engaging in professional development opportunities. Will work collaboratively with Extension personnel to maintain a positive public image and demonstrate the mission of the land grant university.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required. Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred. 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.

The pay range for this job profile is $16.65 - $21.77 hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
