The Project Controls Software Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining integrations between Trimble Unity Construct (cloud based enterprise-wide Project Management Information System) Workday, Workday Adaptive, and OnBase. This includes approving processes and resolving integrations errors to ensure data consistency and system integrity. The role involves developing, configuring, modifying and analyzing business workflows, reports and dashboards that support Facilities Design and Construction (FDC) projects. This includes developing testing strategies, conditions and evaluation of expected results. The Analyst assist in operational assessments to ensure that workflows are efficient, compliant with university and state policies and aligned with project lifecycle needs. This position also leads the training and support program for Trimble Unity Construct users, including the development of training materials, presentations and cloud based WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) in-app guidance to improve the end-user experience. This role requires strong business partnerships with Facilities Design and Construction, Facilities Information and Technology Services, Office of Technology and Digital Innovation, Legal Affairs, Planning and Real Estate, A&P Shared Services, and Workday Enterprise Project team.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience in project administration/management or coordination duties, document controls using Trimble Unity Construct or similar tool supporting a large department or group in project controls, financial reporting, project management or related field

Two (2) years or more experience with Trimble Unity Construct or similar project management software program

Excellent knowledge of construction industry including methodology, terminology, workflow/paper flow of design and construction activities as well as demonstrated knowledge of contract documents, specifications

Experience developing reports in Tableau, Microsoft Power BI or other BI reporting tool

Ability to write business and system requirements documents that convey complex analysis and solutions clearly and concisely

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data driven approach to decision making

Excellent communicator, critical thinker, motivated with a positive attitude, and able to independently work on and balance priorities for multiple initiatives and collaborate with diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications:

2- 4 years of relevant experience in project administration/management or coordination duties, document controls using Trimble Unity Construct or similar tool supporting a large department or group in project controls, financial reporting, project management or related field

Knowledge of University policies, rules and regulations

Trimble Unity Construct Certified Professional

WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) experience or Certified WalkMe Builder

Additional Information:

The target hiring range for this job profile is $70,100-$91,600 annually . The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
