Job Summary:

The Dispatch Supervisor will lead the statewide Power & Energy preventative maintenance scheduling team. This position is responsible for overseeing the opening & closing of Preventative Maintenance (PM) work orders, scheduling field service PM work for customers, dispatching field service technicians to perform scheduled PM work, producing and distributing PM-related reports, and invoicing, as required. This person will oversee work order review for customer billing.

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and product support through management of all aspects of PM dispatching

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous dispatching, job coordination, or service scheduling experience preferred.

  • Previous supervisory experience.

  • Proficient computer skills.

  • Proven experience working closely with internal and external customers.

Physical Requirements:

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
