We're looking to hire aDirector,Marketing Operationsto provide strategic oversight for marketing technologyand data to drive revenue growthandpatient engagement, whileoverseeingomni-channelcampaign execution,budgetand performance. This role collaborates withcross-functionalteamsacross the business to drive successful outcomes forRevenue Marketing (B2B) and Engagement Marketing (B2C).The desired candidate will have a strongcombination of bothstrategic andtechnical backgroundleveragingSalesforce Marketing Cloudinpreviousroles.This role overseestheinternal marketing operationsteamand works closely with product, engagement, engineering, and commercial teams.Key dutiesinclude leadingstrategyand planning, managinglifecyclecampaignsand operations, delivering scalable experiences,evaluatingperformance, and applying data insights to guide planning. * Our ideal candidate will reside in Overland Park, KS or Columbus, OH to support a hybrid work schedule, but we may consider a well qualified full-remote individual. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop marketing operations strategyandroadmap, plans fornew tech/AIinnovation andimprovedcustomer experiences and journeys.This includes support for both B2C and B2B campaigns driving engagement and demand generation. Process & Technology: Oversee marketing tech stack (marketing automation platform),optimizeworkflows,managebudgetand ensure data integrity for campaign execution.Partner closely withSalesforceteam to develop scalable architecture foromni-channelexperiencesand lifecycle marketing. Operations &Development:Lead the development,implementation,executionand enhancementsofexisting andnew patient experiencesin Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. Data & Analytics:Lead team responsible fortesting,reportingand outcomes;analyzecampaign performance and providestrategic,actionable insightsand recommendationsto leadership.Manage segmentationstrategy,personalizationplanning, andimplementation ofattribution models. Campaign Management:Lead oversight of lifecycle andcampaign strategy, ensure content resonance,monitoroutcomes, and drive optimizationof performance.This includes omni-channel strategies and touchpointssuch asemail, direct mail, SMS, phone campaigns, and provider outreach. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate withproduct,sales,engineeringandanalytics teams to ensure marketing efforts support business goals,such as product revenue growth,demand generation, member engagement and customerretention.Work with legal,complianceand privacy to ensure requirements are met.
