The Business Management Project Coordinator will join a team that supports Digital Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum teams, and other individuals who ensure Huntington’s customers have an excellent digital experiences, including on the Huntington Mobile App and Huntington.com. This position will manage and support multiple workstreams, including close collaboration with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Teams to ensure efficient execution and high quality of work. This Project Coordinator role requires individuals to have the aptitude to learn, communicate well, and to participate in the overall coordination of the portfolio's project management and delivery efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure executive updates are accurate and up-to-date

  • Create, share, and communicate documentation from ongoing status updates, organizing in a way that is easily accessible for future use

  • Facilitate cross functional status meetings, ensuring stakeholders are up to date on current status of work

  • Support team on an ad-hoc basis with on-going work, understanding day-to-day processes with an ability to execute when needed

  • Execute and circulate reporting across the internal team and partners

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Min. 1 year of experience in project management work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate PowerPoint and Excel proficiency

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities utilizing strong time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain project risks and issues, and concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities

  • Proficiency supporting strategic initiatives that align people, processes, and technology

  • Experience managing collaboration & communication with multiple stakeholders simultaneously

  • Knowledge of Agile methodology/Software Development Lifecycle

  • Vendor management experience, including relationship management, contract review, and invoice processing

  • Desire to take on stretch assignments, as needed

  • Strong sense of accountability, focused execution, commitment to quality, and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and to effectively take direction

  • Highly motivated and detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills.

  • High level of professionalism and confidence with the ability to build credibility with team members and business partners and establish effective working relationships (teamwork and collaboration).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of flexibility.

Compensation Range:

49,925.00 - 92,575.00 USD Annual

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
