Junior (experience Administrative Support / Secretary Internship Part - Time What You Can Expect As our Data Analyst Intern, in Columbus, OH, at The Ohio State University. You will be responsible for reducing energy consumption in campus buildings. This role involves working on various data analytics projects, assisting in data acquisition, conducting analyses, and supporting the maintenance of the ENGIE C3ntinel energy data platform. You will gain hands-on experience in data analytics within the context of energy conservation initiatives. The internship work term will be June 1, 2026 - August 21, 2026, part-time 15-20 hours per week minimum, and will report to the Data Analyst Senior. You will: Contribute to sustainability projects at Ohio State University Investigate and correct data errors Fulfill data requests Use C3ntinel to perform measurement and verification of energy conservation measures before and after implementation Perform analyses on energy conversation measures What You'll Bring You must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate at The Ohio State University A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Prior coursework or experience in data analysis Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite Proficiency in RStudio or Jupyter Notebook Experience with PowerBI for data visualization Familiarity with handling large datasets Understanding of coding languages like Python Additional Details Additional hours/weeks may be available based on business needs and will be discussed in advance with your supervisor Interns must be enrolled and in good standing at the commencement of the intern semester This role requires attendance at a worksite Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Commitment to accuracy and timely delivery of work Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills Demonstrated ability to take initiative Effective oral, written, and communication skills Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies Other duties as assigned Compensation Hourly Range: $21.00 to $28.00 USD hourly This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
