Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Columbus, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. As part of the team, you will engage with customers, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth order processing.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Manage order entries and updates in the system with attention to detail.
• Provide support in handling both inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs.
• Maintain clear and detail-oriented communication with clients and team members.
• Generate reports to track customer service metrics and order statuses.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all interactions.
• Handle escalated issues with a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
• Strong proficiency in order entry and data management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
