Seafood specialty cook needed to prepare and cook seafood. Job requires two years of employment experience of preparing and cooking seafood.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare, season, and cook various seafood (shrimp, crab, lobster, etc.) and accompaniments (corn, potatoes, sausage) using boiling, steaming, grilling, and frying techniques and equipment.
- Recipe & Menu: Execute signature boil recipes, develop new flavor profiles (sauces, spices).
