As a Vice President leading Business Management for a new Co-Brand deposit product, you will collaborate closely with senior leads to facilitate and track design project work. This role requires strong project planning capabilities, awareness of product development, and highly effective communication and coordination skills.
Leverage your skills in supporting the launch of a new Consumer Deposit product with an exciting co-branded partner.
Job responsibilities:
Partner closely with workstream leads to facilitate cross-organizational impacting project discussions with multiple teams and stakeholders, driving alignment, and achieving common project goals.
Own program delivery outcomes by translating strategy into executable roadmaps, defining milestones, tracking dependencies, and driving on-time launches with clear success metrics.
Run operating cadence for the product org (planning, weekly business reviews, OKR/QBR support), ensuring decisions, actions, and risks are documented and followed through.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Sales/Marketing, Legal/Compliance, and Ops-facilitating meetings and escalations
Build executive presentations (KPIs, customer outcomes, delivery health), highlighting strategy, progress, key decisions and analytics
Improve process and controls by standardizing templates/playbooks, tightening governance (intake/prioritization, change control), and continuously improving how the team ships and learns
Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and contribute to the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
Create and maintain Book of Work (BoW) transparency to support leadership decision-making and provide key updates for executive reporting.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience working with product teams and across multiple functions
Program/project management: planning, scheduling, RAID (risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies), critical path thinking, and delivery governance
5+ years of experience in project, program, and/or product portfolio management.
Proficiency in leading meetings and communicating project plans
Very strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Teams, and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
