NOW HIRING: Asphalt Foreman -- Prep & Paving (2 Positions)
Location: 840 Reynolds Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43201
Compensation: $30.00 -- $45.00+ per hour (Based on role and experience)

We are currently expanding and seeking two experienced leaders to head our Paving and Prep crews for the 2026 season.

CHOOSE YOUR ROLE:
1. Paving Foreman
- Pay: Starting at $38+/hour
- Focus: Lead 6--12 members in high-volume paving operations.
- Responsibilities: Oversee pavers, rollers, and mat quality. Coordinate truck flow and material yield.
- Experience: 3+ years of asphalt leadership.
2. Prep/Mill Foreman
- Pay: Starting at $30+/hour
- Focus: Lead 3--5 members in site preparation and milling.
- Responsibilities: Oversee skid steers, milling machines, and base repair. Ensure grade and cleanliness before the paving crew arrives.
- Experience: 2+ years of asphalt/prep leadership.
General Responsibilities (Both Roles)
- Leadership: Supervise daily field operations and train crew members on equipment.
- Safety: Lead daily "toolbox talks" and enforce OSHA/Company safety policies.
- Coordination: Work with Operations Managers on scheduling, equipment, and materials.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs and progress reports.
- Communication: Interface with inspectors, plants, and trucking providers professionally.
Qualifications
- Skills: Hands-on experience with equipment (Pavers, Rollers, Milling Machines, Skid Steers).
- Technical: Knowledge of grades, compaction, and quality control.
- Requirements: Valid Driver's License (Clean Record) and ability to pass a drug test.
- Travel: Willingness for occasional out-of-town work and weekends.
- Preferred: Class A CDL and experience with digital grade control/lasers.
