Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Assistant to support our team with day-to-day office and basic accounting tasks. This role is perfect for someone organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in both administrative and financial areas. Training will be provided for accounting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, organizing documents, and responding to emails. Support the accounting team by entering invoices, receipts, and payments into QuickBooksOnline (QBO). Help prepare deposits and track payments. Maintain accurate and organized records for client and internal documents. Visit client offices 2-3 times per week to pick up documents or assist with simple on-site tasks. Provide general support to supervisors and staff accountants as needed. Take on other light administrative or accounting tasks as assigned. Qualifications Ability to learn and adapt to new technology with solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) QuickBooks Online experience preferred. Willingness to learn and be trained in accounting systems and processes. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills and a professional attitude for client interactions. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively. Part Time role that must be able to travel to client offices 2-3 times per week. Prior accounting experience required. Prior administrative experience preferred. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
