ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician in Columbus, Indiana
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: COLUMBUS, IN
Pay Range: $25-30 Based on experience plus shift differential
Shift: 2nd shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm, 3rd shift 11pm-7:30am
What's the Job?
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility and production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize diagnostic tools, blueprints, schematics, and PLC software to identify and resolve equipment issues.
Perform electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs and modifications as needed.
Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and external vendors to support maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate documentation related to maintenance, calibration, and regulatory compliance.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with facility equipment, including CNC machinery.
Advanced training in PLC controls, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals; Journeyman-level certification preferred.
