About the Role
We are a growing manufacturing company looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Associate / Production Associate to join our team.
This is a full-time, first-shift position working in a clean, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do (Daily Responsibilities)
Fill containers with product using precise measurements
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Build and stage pallets for outgoing orders
Assist with general warehouse and production tasks
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures
This is not a repetitive assembly line job - tasks vary daily based on customer needs.

Qualifications
Prior warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred but not required
Forklift experience is a plus (not required---we can train)
Ability to follow instructions
Team player with a positive, reliable attitude
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Active, hands-on role involving movement throughout the shift (standing, walking, bending, lifting)
Move and handle 55-gallon drums using proper equipment
Comfortable wearing PPE (gloves, face shields, etc.) when required
