PHD Manufacturing Spot Welder in Columbiana, Ohio
PHD Manufacturing is seeking to hire a Spot Welder.
Duties:
Operate single and dual tip pedal activated spot welders/resistance welding
Verify welding tip alignment and make adjustments to maintain quality of product
Perform tip changes and adjust heat schedules, Dress/clean welding tips
Perform pre-operation equipment inspections and quality control checks
Stack, band, and label finished product, Operate forklift
Lift up to 80 pounds
Additional Details:
Schedule: Swing Shift -- you would work BOTH SHIFTS (Day and Afternoon)
Day: 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday
Afternoon: 2:30pm -- 11:00am Monday - Friday
Shift Differential Of $2.00 / Afternoon Turn
Possible overtime and Saturdays when needed
Hourly Wage: $19.25 / possible $20.00 at six months based on production rate
