Job Title: Assistant Superintendent (Overnight)
Job Description
This position involves overseeing a refresh project at BWI airport, focusing on renovations to fire suppression systems, restrooms, and common areas. The work will initially be on an overnight schedule starting at 6 PM until November, after which it will transition to a day shift.
Responsibilities
Manage scheduling and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
Oversee construction management and ensure adherence to project plans.
Order materials and ensure their timely delivery to the site.
Ensure site safety protocols are strictly followed.
Manage subcontractors and coordinate their activities on site.
Maintain effective schedule management to keep the project on track.
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience as an assistant project superintendent.
Strong interior construction experience with large commercial projects.
Proficiency in construction management.
Experience in scheduling and schedule management.
Ability to manage subcontractors effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with budget management.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
Experience with tenant improvement and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
