NOW HIRING: INDUSTRIAL MILLWRIGHT - SAWMILLWe’re looking for an experienced Industrial Millwright to join our sawmill team. If you know your way around heavy equipment, conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and keeping production moving safely — we want to talk to you.What You’ll Do:Install, maintain, and repair sawmill machinery and production equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical breakdowns quickly and safelyPerform preventative maintenance to minimize downtimeWork closely with operations to keep the mill running efficientlyFollow all safety procedures and lockout/tagout practicesWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience as an Industrial Millwright (sawmill or heavy industrial preferred)Strong mechanical aptitude (bearings, shafts, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics)Welding and fabrication skills a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong safety mindset and reliable attendanceAbility to provide own tools for the position.What We Offer:Competitive pay (based on experience)Full-time, steady work - Day shift Thursday - Sunday 40 plus hours a week. 4 10's schedule.Benefits package: Medical, Dental, Eye - 401K Matching, Vacation, 11 Paid Holidays, employee incentives.A solid crew and a mill that values skilled trades
