Senior Business Applications Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Business Applications Administrators to support and improve a business-critical suite of technology solutions used and relied upon by personnel across the organization.

A hybrid telework schedule will be considered for this position; hybrid is defined as a pre-determined blend of working from home and in the office.

Some of the ways in which you will make an impact include:

  • Creating and maintaining plans for mission-critical technology applications to ensure uninterrupted daily operations and successful improvements through projects and configuration changes

  • Conducting thorough application testing to validate functionality, ensure quality, and confirm successful implementation of enhancements and configuration changes

  • Serving as the liaison between end users and technical programming support/vendors for software applications

  • Gathering requirements and analyzing business and user needs around application functionality, usability, and interface

  • Documenting requirements and translating into functional application specifications

  • Leading implementation teams on developing application improvements

  • Resolving, developing, and implementing new processes within assign applications' functionality

  • Creating and modifying applicable application policies and procedures

  • Defining security levels/roles for assigned applications

  • Guiding, advising, training, and coaching less experienced business application administrators

  • Provide technical assistance to end users

  • Required to take part in a scheduled on call rotation with eligibility for standby compensation

Who You Are... ideal candidates will come with relevant and progressively responsible experience administering, supporting, or developing business applications, or in a relevant Information Technology environment and the ability to quickly and independently identify and learn details of new technologies and processes.

Additionally:

  • Experience with Oracle MDM or Oracle CC&B is preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce, Milestone CSS, Genesys, or KUBRA is valued

  • Database query (SQL), data analysis, business automation, and testing skills are valued

  • Functional understanding and working knowledge of IT Services and Support

  • ITIL certification is valued

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
