*What You'll Do
- Work 1:1 with children, teens, and adults with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Create positive, engaging, and structured learning experiences tailored to each client
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Document progress, celebrate successes, and help clients achieve life-changing milestones
- Collaborate with a fun, caring, and professional team
Maintain a safe, organized, and uplifting therapy environment
What We're Looking For
Passion for working with individuals with autism, special needs, and developmental differences
- Excitement to learn ABA principles (no prior experience required---we provide full training!)
- Strong communication skills and a team-first, positive attitude
- Dependability, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment
- Reliable transportation and weekday availability (Monday--Friday)
- Physical ability to be active (lift 45+ lbs, walk, run, crawl, bend, and play!)
Certification Requirement: Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification within 120 days of employment (with our full training and support).
Perks & Benefits
Paid training leading to your RBT credential
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week (paid the same for billable & non-billable time)
- Competitive pay: $20--$23/hour
- Up to $2,000 in milestone bonuses within your first 6 months!
- $500 after completing client training
- $1,000 after earning RBT certification (within 70 days) or $500 after earning RBT certification (within 120 days)
- $500 at your 6-month mark
