Overview
ABM Industries is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee and ensure compliance with USOPC standards. The Supervisor will coordinate all custodial activities, maintain records, conduct inspections, manage staff, and provide training, without performing cleaning tasks.
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Tue- Sat 6:00 pm to 2:30 AM. Shift Varies (Must be available for flexible scheduling)
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $24.00 /hr

Responsibilities
All Supervisors shall be non-cleaning (management only), and have at least five years of custodial leadership experience
Should the USOPC desire, the account manager and supervisors shall make themselves available during non-business hours for a joint floor, area, building inspection or conference. The supervisors will maintain records of all items brought to their attention, either through complaints or inspections and take the necessary action to correct them
Coordinates and acknowledges all activities
Complete inspection tours to ensure customer complaints, special projects, and periodic maintenance are completed satisfactorily
Review project status and periodic maintenance status schedule for routine assignments
Ensures employee clock in/clock out process, and key/card management process, meets the USOPC’s requirements. Shares data as needed with the USOPC
Acts as a key interface with facility management designee(s)
Coordinates and tracks all activities ensuring compliance to agreed-upon schedules, requirements and quality expectations
Coordinates all corrective activity via the USOPC’s CMMS system
Performs ongoing refresher training of cleaning concepts, methods, tools, and processes. Performs new hire training
Performs quality audits
Responds to calls within 10 minutes during regularly scheduled working hours, and within 4 hours off-shift
Perform regular inventory checks to maintain adequate paper product supply levels
Ensures each Service Provider crewmember understands his or her daily assignment, placing special emphasis on periodic maintenance, occupant complaints and special project assignments
The Supervisor shall remain non-working and shall not perform cleaning tasks for absent employees
Qualifications
2 plus years of housekeeping experience.
Prior supervisory experience managing a team of 5+ individuals.
Prior Administrative experience.
