Job Summary

The Finance Systems Data Analyst plays a key role in transforming how our Finance team leverages data, technology, and automation. In this dynamic, cross-functional position, you'll partner closely with stakeholders to streamline processes, optimize systems, and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You'll be hands-on with reporting tools, system administration, and enterprise platforms-driving enhancements, supporting key Finance operations, and ensuring our systems evolve to meet campus needs. Responsibilities

• Assess finance business needs and provide technical recommendations that augment and enhance productivity, efficiency and effectiveness and lead implementation of preferred solution. Assist users with change and adoption efforts.

• Build and maintain positive, constructive partnering relationships with business units and have a deep understanding of their work environment, strategic goals, and data systems.

• Translate data into simplified and summarized information to assist academic and administrative departments in making informed decisions.

• Coordinate and prioritize reporting initiatives; develop, deliver, and maintain complex reports for the Finance department and the greater campus community, using query tools and college reporting systems such as Cognos and Power BI.

• Act as the liaison between the Finance department and the ITS and lead periodic maintenance, system upgrades and training for all Finance functions within the college ERP system.

• Design and enforce policies, procedures and systems to safeguard organization financial information against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure.

• Lead PCI Compliance work with our campus partners.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience: 3 years of experience in a related field

One year of relevant work experience may be substituted for one year of required education (OR) one year of relevant academic coursework beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for one year of required professional experience.

Other Position Details:

• Does not supervise others

• Position will not drive CC vehicles

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range:

• $67,512 to $82,702 per year
