Machine Operators Needed in Monument - All Shifts Available!
Location: Monument, CO
Shifts & Pay:
First: Mon-Fri, 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM - $17/hour
Second: Mon-Fri, 1:30 PM - 10 PM - $18.70/hour
Third: Mon-Fri, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM - $19.55/hour
$3/hour pay increase upon going direct!!

We are actively hiring Machine Operators to join our growing medical device manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery to manufacture medical nails and screws
Load metal rods into machines and monitor for proper function
Package medical devices in a cleanroom environment
Operate labeling and packaging equipment
Ensure all products meet strict quality standards before advancing to the next stage
Qualifications
Experience in machine operation or packaging preferred, but not required
Familiarity with cleanroom environments and sterile handling procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
Knowledge of ISO 8/9 Cleanroom standards is a plus
