Cimarron Software Se C2BMC Test Coordinator in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Cimarron is seeking a C2BMC Test Coordinator to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at Schriever Space Force Base in the Colorado Springs, CO area.
Key Duties:
- Support full lifecycle IT and infrastructure projects for missile defense C2BMC integration and testing.
- Lead project planning, cost estimation, and proposal development.
- Manage integrated schedules, risks, requirements, scope, and procurement activities.
- Provide Integrated Product Team leadership and coordinate efforts across internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply earned value management to monitor cost and schedule performance.
- Track milestones, dependencies, and critical path to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve project issues and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and deliver status reports, documentation, and executive briefings.
- Oversee project execution, performance monitoring, and formal closeout.

- Ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance in a reasonable timeframe.
- 5 or more years of general, full-time work experience.
- May be reduced with completion of advanced education.
- 3 or more years of directly related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Project and Visio.
- Experience applying industry-accepted project management processes and tools across requirements, design, implementation, and closeout phases.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, including portfolios of eight or more active efforts.
- Experience identifying, assessing, and managing project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Experience supporting strategic and theater missile defense weapon systems, sensor systems, DoD communications systems, and C2BMC communication environments.
- Control Account Manager experience within an earned value management framework.
- Active Project Management Institute certification, such as PMP or CAPM.
