The primary duty of the position is utility billing and collections. Applicants must possess the following skills: accurate data entry, 10-key by touch, working knowledge of computers and word processing, basic clerical procedures, balancing cash drawers, effective communication skills as well as the ability to maintain good interpersonal relations with the public.
