At Catholic Charities hiring decisions are personal. So personal, in fact, that every application is screened by a member of the HR team or a trained hiring manger!As the Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
Oversight of medication administration
Quarterly nursing assessments of all individuals on caseload
Oversight of medical/clinical case management for the individuals living in the residences, including interacting with community providers, and communicating medical/nursing needs/orders to other members of the team
Training unlicensed assistive personnel on the medical/nursing/clinical needs of the individuals, and providing direction and education on how to meet those needs
Using agency's electronic medical record system for documentation purposes
Registered Nurse Minimum Salary: $75,866.54/year
Registered Nurse Maximum Salary: $75,866.54/year
Registered Nurse Schedule: M-F flexible schedule, NO on-call expectations, NO evenings, NO weekends, NO mandating, and ALL our 17 observed holidays off
Qualifications:
A current NYS Registered Nurse licensure and registration, with a minimum of one-year post-licensure experience
Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation
One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
