Salary Range: $21.55 To $21.55 Hourly

As the Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

  • Performing all plumbing, electrical repairs, basic woodworking, installations and repairs for small appliances

  • Performing various remodeling projects, including but not limited to sheet rocking, framing, floor tile installations, painting, etc.

  • Performing all landscaping functions including mowing, tree pruning, planting, etc. and ensures the timely removal of snow and ice

  • Rotates on-call responsibilities as scheduled; On-call is required on a rotating basis for evening and weekend coverage

    Maintenance Technician Minimum Salary: $21.55/hour

    Maintenance Technician Maximum Salary: $21.55/hour

    Maintenance Technician Schedule: M-F 7:30am-4:00pm additional hours may be required in cases of emergency such as a snowstorm

    Qualifications:

  • Valid NYS Driver’s License

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Competency in basic areas of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

  • One to three years of experience as a technician is preferred

  • Knowledge of building maintenance or construction, including painting or patching is preferred
