Job Title: Manual Final Pack Operator
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Manual Final Pack Operators to join our team, focusing on assembling boxes, packing final brick bags, and ensuring everything is ready for shipment. This role involves working closely with others in an assembly line format, standing for 12-hour shifts, and rotating through various stations.
Responsibilities
Manually assemble boxes and pack final brick bags and instructions.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
Operate and maintain production line equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
Adhere to quality standards and report any issues or failures.
Perform quality inspections and contribute to smooth line operations.
Support changeovers, machine cleaning, and maintain communication with peers.
Essential Skills
Experience in packaging, production, and operating production equipment.
Ability to perform quality inspections and adhere to quality standards.
Experience in material handling, labeling, and warehouse packing.
1-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
Ability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts and perform repetitive tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED preferred.
Experience in assembly line and machine operation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and make a box in less than 2 seconds.
Experience in an environment where performance is measured.

Work Environment
Work in a very clean, state-of-the-art facility in Colonial Heights, housing packaging operations, a warehouse, and a training center. The environment is climate-controlled with a canteen and breakroom. Locker rooms are available, and strict guidelines prohibit jewelry, phones, fake nails, fake lashes, and nail polish on the production floor. Safety and training are prioritized, ensuring a supportive work environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colonial Heights, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.15 - $19.15/hr.
