What are your contributions to the team?
Support the production line with robust monitoring of process activities specially for Composites Materials and variants such as Clean Room, Autoclaves, Trimming, Assy and Paint
Document and promote modifications, standard practices and lessons learned that ensure product integrity in accordance with design requirements
Evaluate production needs ensuring the quality of customer requirements
Validate and ensure that all the quality requirements specified by Engineering are accomplished during the manufacturing process
Ensure all the QMS requirements are accomplished by all the bussiness units
Participation in incorporation of projects and development improvements for process and procedures
Participate in cross functional teamwork with different areas, sites and plants
Development and manage of KPI's, reports deliveries, interpretation of the information and data
Participation in internal and external audits
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
You have a bachelor degree in Aeronautical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or related
You have 1 year of experience in a quality environment
You have knowledge in composites assemblies
You have an intermediate English proficiency level
You have knowledge in lean manufacturing processes and tools
You have knowledge in aerodynamics and special aeronautical manufacturing processes
You have knowledge and ability working with assembly inspection tools
You have experience reviewing technical drawings
You are comfortable managing Office 360, SAP, NCMS, PowerBi and sharepoint are an asset
You are problem solving oriented
You hold communication skills and feel comfortable working in a teamwork environment
