Description
Our client is seeking a driven and analytical Financial Analyst to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, contribute to key financial decisions, and play a critical role in forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis.

What You’ll Do
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance including Revenue, Gross Profit, Operating Expenses, and Pre-Tax Income
Support forecasting and budgeting processes, including variance analysis and performance tracking
Maintain and update financial models and internal reporting tools
Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and leadership requests
Prepare and update reports and dashboards used by senior leadership
Assist with external reporting requirements (e.g., U.S. Census reporting)
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and decision-making
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP& A, or accounting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Technical Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling, data analysis)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
General accounting knowledge is a plus
