Description
Reputable services company located in the Greater Philadelphia area is looking to staff a tech savvy, Project Coordinator with proven estimating abilities. This Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring smooth coordination of project activities, documentation, and communication. In this role, the Project Coordinator will also review and confirm lead activities, complete internal audits of all active projects, assist with drafting invoices and expense reporting, monitor task completion, identify potential project risks, and ensure project processes and standards are followed. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, solid time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Track and manage job file statuses to ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Collaborate daily with production teams to gather and verify onsite documentation.
Prepare and review estimates based on scope details and photographs provided by production crews.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and program standards.
Audit job files thoroughly to confirm that all completed work aligns with the estimate.
Handle job close-out activities, including coordinating with the accounting team for accurate invoicing.
Provide support to other departments as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
The ideal Project Coordinator will have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
Other requirements for the Project Coordinator role include and are not limited to:
2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience in project management & digital technology
Collaborative team player with a customer-service mindset
