Position Description
$15.00 PER HOUR | CAN WORK UP TO 29 HOURS PER WEEKAs a Part-Time Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for all aspects of building maintenance including plumbing, cleaning, electrical and mechanical work. You will be assisting our Administrative and Maintenance associates. Specific job tasks will include, but are not limited to, clean\/vacuuming carpets, sort and distributing mail, picking up trash around the building&'s perimeter, painting, light housekeeping duties, stocking custodial closets\/coffee bars and any other building related maintenance tasks as they arise.

Requirements
Valid driver&'s license^Possess a high interest in mechanical work, or working with your hands^Must be able to lift 50 lbs^Must have a valid driver\u2019s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI\/DUI\/DWI violations in the last five years^Must be able to maneuver\/transport objects weighing up to 200-300 lbs^Able to work outside or on ladders for long periods of time^Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
