Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading the correct materials onto the production line in the correct sequence, ensuring all materials meet specifications, and taking action to fix or replace defective materials. The role requires monitoring equipment to ensure proper operation and documenting quality and production checks. Candidates should have the ability to be cross-trained at multiple stations, communicate well with other team members, and perform operator care duties. Please note that this job can be physically demanding.
Responsibilities
Load correct materials onto the production line in the correct sequence.
Ensure material meets specifications.
Take action to fix or replace defective materials.
Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation.
Document quality and production checks.
Ability to be cross-trained at multiple stations.

Work Environment
This position operates during the 1st shift from 6:45 am to 5:15 pm, Monday through Thursday, with overtime opportunities on Fridays. The work environment is a non-climate-controlled shop, which is not very cold in winter but can warm up in the summer months.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colfax, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
