Job Description

THIS IS A NON-CAREER APPOINTMENT THAT IS LIMITED TO 129 HOURS PER MONTH AND 719 HOURS PER APPOINTMENT

This position functions as a travel counselor and is responsible for providing and distributing literature, information, and guidance on travel and vacation activities within the state, assisting in preparing literature displays in the center and performing emergency janitorial duties when needed to resolve specific facility concerns. The work schedule includes working on weekends.

    During the summer, the welcome center is open from 8:00am to 4:30pm seven (7) days a week. You will be required to work weekends and holidays. Are you willing and able to meet that requirement?

This is not a permanent position, it offers no benefits, the rate of pay is $16.00 per hour, and the hours will not exceed 129 hours per month or 719 hours per appointment.
