- Prepares and cooks food itemsaccording to the restaurant\'s menu and chef\'s instructions.
- Maintains cleanlinessand complies with food sanitation requirements.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfacesat the end of the shift.
- Performs inventory checksand completes food storage logs.
- Works in a fast-paced environmentand must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experiencein a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressurein a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
